Registration

Registration may be done via telephone, email or in person at our training centre. At the time of registration, you will be asked to complete a new student package that we utilize in assisting you to find employment in the security field.

During registration, you will need to have government issued photo ID before finishing the enrollment process. We recommend that you also bring an up to date resume to keep on file.  Please note, you must show Government ID prior to the start of the course.

All Instructors are accredited throughout the Province of Ontario. All certification is in good standings and up to date.

Tuition Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be received in full prior to the commencement of the program. If OLET has not received the payment in full from the applicant, the applicant will be denied entrance into the class.

Refund if requested by the applicant, with more then 72 hour notice will be given a full refund in the manner that they paid. If the applicant does not give 72 hour notice they will be given a refund in the manner that they paid for less 25% administrative charge.

OLET reserves the right to cancel any course at anytime. OLET will provide the applicant with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation and full refund if applicable or an alternate date.

Passing or Failing Courses

Once a applicant completes a course; this does not guarantee the applicant will receive certification. The applicant must  pass the exams before certification is issued. If the applicant is not successful there is no certification issued. The applicant may choose to take the test again at for a fee. If the applicant is successful the certificates will be mailed out within two weeks.  

Payment Options

Payment can be made over the phone or in person;  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash. Personal cheques will not be accepted. Money Orders, Certified Cheques should be made payable to Ontario Law Enforcement Training.
